Is my building suitable?
The building needs technical systems we can control, typically heating, hot water, cooling, ventilation or charging. We run the numbers on buildings from 100,000 kWh a year and up, and today we operate offices, commercial buildings, industry, warehousing, hotels and retail.
What gets installed, and who does it?
Small control units on your technical systems, mounted by a certified installer. Done in a few hours.
Is the building's operation affected?
No. We shift and adjust consumption, but only within safe, predefined limits for temperature and indoor climate. The result is lower cost without anyone using the building noticing.
What if it doesn't produce a gain?
The installation price is fixed and binding, so the cost is known before you sign. The gain is documented against your own metering data in Enlink OS, month by month, and Enlink's share of the agreement is calculated from documented gains.
Is there a lock-in?
No. You own the system yourself and can end the agreement whenever you want. Add-on packages can be switched on and off freely.
Who sees my data?
Only you and Enlink. Metering data is used exclusively to control the system and document your gains.
